GINNA P. AREVALO
After her first law school graduation in Colombia, South America, Ginna practiced in Colombia in the areas of business immigration and cross-border transactions, representing foreign investors and Fortune 500 companies.
Upon moving to the United States, Ginna attended Florida A & M University College of Law and graduated Cum Laude. She was a Policy Fellow of the Environmental Cooperative Science Center of the U.S. National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, and an Intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Ginna acquired substantial knowledge as a research assistant at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs. This experience, as well as practicing law in a foreign country, has given Ginna a unique, global perspective she leverages when she is advocating for her clients, or searching for creative and winning solutions.
Before joining MTW, Ginna worked at the largest personal injury law firm in Central Florida, where she acquired substantial knowledge in insurance law. She is a skillful negotiator of personal injury settlements, having served as the lead negotiator in hundreds of claims.
Outside of work, Ginna enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on the Millonarios Soccer Club with her two brothers.
