Michael Correnti concentrates his practice on defending manufacturers and other businesses in complex civil litigation matters, including significant products liability, commercial litigation and personal injury cases. Michael has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and brings an understanding of his clients concerns to his work, addressing all details of their situation promptly and efficiently in order to reach a favorable solution.  In addition to his pursuits in the law, Michael enjoys playing sports and attending Florida Gator football games.

Samantha Culp joined McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A. in 2013 after graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with honors.  She earned her B.A. from the Honors College of the College of Charleston, graduating summa cum laude in 2010.  She also has experience in Real Estate Law and was an Intern for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Lindsey A. Franco

Lindsey A. Franco-Associate

Lindsey Franco joined McDonald Toole Wiggins in 2011 after graduating with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  Since, Lindsey has focused her practice on defending manufacturers in automotive and tire product liability litigation.  In addition to her product liability practice, Lindsey has experience representing a large theme park in premises liability litigation.

During law school, Lindsey served as editor-in-chief of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, served as a teaching assistant in the courses of Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing, and received book awards in the courses of Legal Drafting and Negotiation and Mediation.  During a summer in law school, Lindsey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fred A. Hazouri of the Fourth District Court of Appeal of Florida.

Lindsey also received her undergraduate education from the University of Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, both with honors in 2008.  Highlights from her undergraduate studies include writing for the Independent Florida Alligator and studying abroad for four months in Seville, Spain.  

Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys long-distance running.

Born in Gainesville, Florida, Courtney M. King graduated cum laudefrom California Polytechnic State University in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Women’s Studies. She obtained her J.D. in 2002 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she participated in the Civil Justice Clinic. Ms. King was an insurance defense attorney in San Francisco, California for six years prior to relocating to Orlando, Florida. She joined McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A. in August of 2010.

Nathan Wittman graduated in 2006 from Xavier University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He earned his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2011. Prior to joining McDonald Toole Wiggins, P.A. in June, 2013 his practice focused on first-party property insurance claims and litigation, coverage issues, and third-party liability matters. As a business litigation specialist, Natly represents clients in complex commercial and business matters in both state and federal courts. She assists her clients in all phases of litigation whether it is by filing lawsuits, defending, trying or settling cases. She also counsels clients with respect to federal, state and local statutes related to complex healthcare, corporate, contract, employment and labor issues. Her clients are as diverse as the business issues they encounter. As a result, she enjoys getting to know her client’s business whether that client is a bank, a doctor, a nursing home, a general contractor or a local small business owner. Natly began her practice as a business and commercial litigation associate with a firm in Fort Myers, Florida, over a decade ago, where she was a partner before relocating to Orlando. Natly is a Board Certified Business Litigation attorney as well as Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
